The art and photos
Every sculpture, design, photo and video on this site is the work of Chris O'Rourke and is protected by copyright. You are welcome to share links to these pages. Please do not copy, sell or reuse the images or designs, or make work based on them, without written permission from Chris.
Availability and prices
Pieces shown may already be sold, and availability can change at any time. Prices are given on request, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Photos show each piece as faithfully as we can, but mirror and heat colored finishes change with their surroundings and light.
Commissions
Every commission is covered by its own written agreement with Chris, which sets the design, price, payments, timing and installation. Payment and timing details on this site are a general guide. If they differ from the agreement, the agreement controls.
Quote requests
Sending a request does not create a contract or hold a piece for you. Please send accurate information. How we handle what you send is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Links to YouTube, social media and press sites are there for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
No guarantees
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Chris O Creations LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
